Job Description
Key Responsibilities
ITGC (IT General Controls):
Perform periodic Change Management Reviews & drive Change Advisory of Board meetings.Support ITGC testing for internal audits, external audits, and regulatory compliance.Document evidence and artefacts for controls testing and track remediation of findings.Collaborate with IT, Internal Audit, and Compliance teams to assist the closure of identified control gaps.
Incident Management:
Investigate and triage security incidents, Initial assessments, incident validation, its severity and urgency.Report and escalate major incidents to the SOC / Incident Response team and coordinate response activities along with post-incident analysis.Assist in preparing incident reports, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and lessons learned.Preservation of security alerts and security incidents artefacts for forensic purpose.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.1–3 years of experience in IT audit, ITGC testing, or incident management.Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, RBI IT MD).Strong understanding of IT processes (change management, access control, backup, DR, patching).Hands-on experience in investigating security incidents and preparing incident reports. (Preferred Product Certifications on SOC security Tools such as SIEM/Vulnerability Management/DAM/SOAR etc.)
Key Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Agile Methodology.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Excellent communication and documentation skills with learning agility.Team player with a proactive security-first mindset.
