Head of Human Resources – Telawne Power Equipments Pvt. Ltd.

Our facilities in Rabale, Taloja, and Ambernath support our manufacturing excellence, and our headquarters in Thane anchors our operations. We are now seeking a qualified and experienced Head of Human Resources (HR HOD) to lead our HR function and support our business growth.
QUALIFICATION: MBA in HR
Job Location
• Thane (Head Office), with travel required to Rabale, Taloja, and Ambernath plants.
Experience
• Minimum 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Admin & IR
• Prior experience in transformer manufacturing is must
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
Salary
• Competitive and based on experience and qualifications

Tasks and Responsibilities
In this senior leadership role, you will oversee all HR functions across our sites and play a key role in shaping a people-first culture. You’ll ensure policies and processes are followed, staff are supported, and business goals are aligned with HR strategy.
• Implement company HR policies and ensure compliance across all departments
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across sites
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and guide hiring managers
• Foster a culture of open communication, employee engagement, and teamwork
• Oversee performance reviews, training initiatives, and organizational development
Required Skills and Knowledge
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a people-centric mindset and the drive to lead in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance in India
• Experience handling HR in a multi-plant manufacturing setup
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills across all levels
• Proven ability to assess character and lead structured interviews
• Strong ethical values and a practical approach to team leadership
