Job description
Oracle HCM Solutions Delivery Expert
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Key responsibilities include business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.
At least 12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion/E-Business HCM Modules is required. A strong track record of implementing CORE HR, Absences, ESS & MSS, Fusion Time and Labor, and Fusion Compensation and Benefits is essential.
Good communication and presentation skills are necessary. Knowledge of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation is also required. A BE or Post Graduation, MBA in HR domain qualification is mandatory.
A detailed understanding of the following areas is expected:
• CORE HR
• Absences
• ESS & MSS
• Fusion Time and Labor
• Fusion Compensation and Benefits
For consideration, candidates should have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM and excellent analytical skills to identify and analyze complex problems.
