Job Title: HR Intern

We're currently seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern who is passionate about people and processes and eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Assist in planning employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Help in drafting HR documents, policies, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies when required.
Support general HR operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Available to join immediately and work from our office in HSR Layout, Sector 1, Bangalore.
