Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing strategies, and end-to-end hiring processes. Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to a full-time position within the organization. Key Responsibilities Support the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Utilize job portals, social media, and professional networks for talent acquisition. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment reports. Eligibility Criteria Masters or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Interest in recruitment, HR operations, and corporate talent strategy.
