Job Description
As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department by assisting in recruitment, employee monitoring, training, and overall HR management. This internship will provide you with real-world exposure to HR operations and allow you to develop essential skills for a successful career in human resources.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring – Source candidates, review resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the hiring process.
Employee Monitoring – Track employee attendance, performance, and engagement activities.
Training & Development – Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating training sessions.
HR Management – Maintain employee records, handle HR queries, and support administrative tasks.
Company Culture & Engagement – Help in organizing team activities, maintaining positive workplace culture.
Requirements:

Selection Process:

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
