Skills Required:
- Minimum Fresher in general HR
- Minimum Fresher of end-to-end Recruitment experience
- Decision making ability
- Experience in handling different types of Grievances such as SH, appraisals, theft etc.
- Payroll processing knowledge
- Experience of conducting creative activities/games in the past role
- Awareness of Culture building activities
- Campus Placement Experience
- Well-versed with using Naukri, Linkedin and other job portals.
- Basic Excel skills
- Basic Knowledge of ESIC/PF
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.+1 per month
