Job Description
Qure is looking for HR Intern to join our team. HR Intern will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting & onboarding formalities.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting & onboarding formalities
• Evaluate candidates through job portals & social networking
• Stay responsible for the complete life cycle of the total recruitment process of the company
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants' abilities
• Coordinating new hire orientations
• Reaching out to good candidates proactively on LinkedIn and other job portals based on specified criteria
• Reporting to their Recruitment Manger with all the data
• Performs other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
• Must be available for full time internship
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn
Requirement: Full time Intern
Duration: 2-6 months
Location: Bengaluru/Mumbai
