The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Skills-
-Good communication
-can work on portals
Learnings-
-Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications.
-Use Excel to analyze HR data and create reports to support HR initiatives
-Compiling and updating employee records.
-Follow up from candidates.
-The ability to work as part of a team.
-Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
-Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
-Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
-Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
-Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
-Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
-Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Job type - Fulltime internship
Contract length - 15days
Stipend -Rs.3500
