HUMAN RESOURCE JOB DESCRIPTION :
JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities. You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including recruitment, selection, orientation, and employee training and development. If you’re interested in kick-starting your career in HR and getting a closer look at how our company approaches recruiting and employee development, we’d like to meet you.

We promote healthy lives, balanced and active communities, and strong businesses. It allows the Volunteer Members to concentrate their Energies and Efforts on Long-Term Goals when freed from day-to-day Details.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
➢ Person must Update our company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
➢ One must Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates. ➢ You will have to Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
➢ Person shall be active in group discussions, meetings, and other activities.
➢ You will be responsible for motivating employees during the training program.
➢ People must involve themselves by participating in organizing company events and careers days
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:-
➢ Leadership skills.
➢ Basic knowledge of the Recruitment process.
➢ Good time Management Skills.
➢ Effective communication skills.
➢ Excellent organizational skills. Able to handle multiple tasks.
➢ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
WHO CAN APPLY?:-
➢ Person must be graduated, post-graduated, or pursuing in any of these fields.
➢ Person must be interested in this field.
➢ Person must be available for 4 to 6 months.
➢ Available for work from home.
➢ Person must have a phone or laptop.
DURATION:- 4 to 6 Months
