Job Title: HR - Placement Coordinator Data Analytics- Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Tie up with corporates and companies for placement of students.
Prepare resumes, conduct interviews with all students, aid all graduates, and review all procedures of placement department.
Promote all placements of graduates to various prospective employers through phone, email and meetings.
Connect students to employers by facilitating interviews, matching students to internship sites, and assisting with job placement.
Coordinate with career guidance staff to establish students goals and assess readiness for employment.
Provide work placement information to employers and representatives
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for job placement and work-based learning opportunities
Supervise the receiving of job orders from employers; match students and graduates to jobs and maintain records of students and graduates placed in jobs.
Establish and maintain relationships with area employers, job placement agencies.
Research job market trends and requirements.
