Job Description
1. Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
2. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
B. Interviewing and Assessment:
1. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
2. Administer and evaluate assessment tests, if applicable.
3. Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
C. Candidate Management:
1. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
2. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
3. Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
D. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
2. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
E. Data Management and Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
2. Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
F. Onboarding Support:
1. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating paperwork and orientation schedules.
2. Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company.
