Job Description:
Contlo is seeking an HR intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR team to support the day-to-day operations of the department. This is a great opportunity to learn about HR in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Manage employee onboarding process and orientation programs.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Support the HR team in organizing and maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Assist with performance management activities such as goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Assist with other HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and professional attitude.
