Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
2. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
3. Utilizing online platforms and social media to attract top talent and promote our employer brand
4. Conducting candidate background checks and verifying employment references
5. Assisting in the coordination and management of recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives
6. Maintaining and updating HR databases, employee records, and recruitment reports
7. Supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks, including onboarding, employee orientation, and HR documentation
