During the six-month program, Interns get exposure to different areas and teams at Havas. They will get both formal and on-the job learning opportunities while studying and developing their professional skills.
Job Description :
Responsibilities as a HR Intern :
• Work with HR Lead on special projects with respect to Policy rollout, Employee Engagement Initiatives.
• Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, forms, SOP, policies, and other HR related documents.
• Work in co-op with human resources generalists and other HR staff In Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Plan and organize new joiner induction, suggest ways to improve employee experience.
• Work on HR dashboards and look at innovative ways to present HR analytics.
• Get a full understanding of the employee lifecycle from sourcing to exit.
Kickstart to Success
• One-week induction and introduction to your mentor
• Two live projects over 4-5 months
• Exposure to on-going department work
• Performance review every 3 months
• Pre-placement offer on successful completion of the program basis fair assessment
Mentorship
Every intern will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance during the course of the program. They will supervise and give feedback on overall performance, project deliverables and skills.
The mentors will play a critical role to kickstart their careers at Havas.
Eligibility
• Graduation in any field is must. Degree in HR will be preferred; however not mandatory.
• Good written and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for daily task completion.
• Strong attentional to detail is required
