Job Description:
• Required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• Screen resumes
• Ability to meet daily targets.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
• Stay Updated of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Desired Candidate Profile
• Competent professional with over 0 - 1 years of rich experience in Recruiting, Temp Staffing.
• Should be an excellent team player.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).
• Self - motivated, punctual, and well organized.
