As this is our inaugural role within the HR department, we are seeking an individual who is ready to grow with us and help shape the future of our company.
Position: HR Intern
Location: Nirman Nagar, Jaipur, 30201+
Compensation: 5000 INR per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist with job postings and candidate sourcing.
- Screen potential candidates in line with company requirements.
- Engage in employee relations and assist in coordinating HR initiatives.
- Participate in the organization of company events and team-building activities.
The ideal candidate will:
- Exhibit a foundational understanding of human resources principles.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
This position promises experience where creativity and innovation are highly encouraged.
Please note, prior experience in HR is advantageous but not mandatory.
We are committed to providing comprehensive training to the right candidate.
Things You Should Know:-
Timings will be + AM to 6:30 PM
We work Monday to Friday.
Saturday and Sunday are off.
