Position: HR Intern
Duration: 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating databases.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events.
- Support HR projects as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements:
- Any degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A passion for learning and a keen interest in human resources.
