Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential candidates for open positions.
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update candidate records and databases accurately.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilitiy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
