Job Title: HR Recuriter(Intern)

A Recruiter plays a crucial role in the talent acquisition process within an organization. The primary responsibility of a recruiter is to identify, attract, and assess candidates for job openings, ensuring that the company has a skilled and qualified workforce. Here is an overview of the key aspects of a Recruiter position:
Key Responsibility:
· Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
· Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.
· Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
· Utilize various platforms, including company career pages and external job boards, to post job openings.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
· Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs.
· Regularly evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
· A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
· Previous experience in recruiting, human resources or a related field is beneficial.
