HR Intern (Full-time | Fresher | Internship)
Pay: Stipend based
Schedule: Day Shift
Work Location: In-person
We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Intern to assist in planning, executing, and optimizing our human resources operations and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and end-to-end recruitment processes
Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
Help plan and organize employee engagement activities and events
Maintain HR documentation and ensure records are up to date
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
Contribute ideas for improving HR systems and processes
Requirements:
Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
