AJSD Academy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month paid internship.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
2. Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening,
and interview scheduling.
3. Help in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
4. Participate in employee engagement activities and contribute to a positive
workplace culture.
5. Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions.
6. Provide support in overall processing and administration.
7. Learn and apply HR best practices in a real-world setting.
Required Key Skills
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with team members and potential candidates.
Organizational Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Team Collaboration:
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to assist and collaborate on various HR projects.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of HR software and tools (a plus).

- Meticulous attention to detail in maintaining records and documentation. Ability to ensure accuracy in HR-related tasks.
Adaptability and Learning Agility:
