As an HR Intern, you'll be assisting the HR department in managing and coordinating the full hiring process. This includes scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments - all while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the HR team in calling and scheduling interviews across all roles.
• Coordinate between candidates and interviewers for smooth scheduling.
• Manage multiple interview rounds and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support HR in communication, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Contribute to speeding up the overall hiring process through effective coordination and follow-ups.
Requirements
• Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic, creative organization.
