Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Recruitment and Trainer Management functions. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating with trainers, and maintaining structured data for efficient deployment.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder coordination, and HR operations within a fast-growing training organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Coordinate interviews with internal teams and clients
• Maintain candidate pipeline and status tracking
• Assist in job posting and employer branding activities
B. Trainer Management
• Identify and onboard freelance trainers across technologies/domains
• Maintain and update trainer database (skills, availability, commercials)
• Coordinate with trainers for assignments and scheduling
• Track trainer performance and feedback
• Ensure timely communication between trainers and internal teams
C. Data Management & Coordination
• Maintain structured MIS reports for candidates and trainers
• Update internal trackers and dashboards
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
• Support reporting and analytics for HR activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR) / BBA / Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines
• Self-driven and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing
• Interest in EdTech / Training domain
• Basic understanding of IT roles or technologies
