Job description: HR Intern
• Managing end to end recruitment process for different roles
• Providing exceptional candidate experience and Great Stakeholder management
• Act as a point of contact between candidates and the company through effective communication channels
• Driving different engagement initiatives from conceptualization to implementation
• Resolving employee queries & grievances on real-time basis
• Assist in special HR projects or initiatives as required.
Qualification:
• Post-graduate with degree/specialization in Human Resources
• Candidate with experience in recruitment would be preferred.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Open to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Ability to learn new things quickly and good grasping power
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in excel functions would be an added advantage
Week-off :- Sat & Sun
Languages :- English + Hindi with 2 Regional Languages Must( Malayalam +Tamil)
Stipend - Paid
Tenure - 3 months
