HR Internship - Lead Height (Kolkata)

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office )

Stipend: ₹3,000-6,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
o Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.

o Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

o Support the onboarding process for new employees.

o Maintaining applicant tracking system.

HR Administration:
o Maintain and update employee records.

o Assist in preparing HR-related documents and reports.

o Support in managing employee attendance and leave records.

o Handling basic HR related queries from employees.

Employee Engagement:
o Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities.

o Gather employee feedback and suggestions.

o Assist in creating employee communications.

Compliance:
o Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

o Research and stay updated on relevant labour laws.

General Support:
o Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

o Assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned.

o Data Entry and report generation.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (Work from Home & Work from Office in Kolkata).
Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop/computer.
