About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
2. Provide administrative support to HR generalists
3. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
4. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
5. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
6. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
7. Update our internal candidate database
8. Screen resumes and application forms
+. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
10. Participate in organizing company events
Requirements:
1. Graduate preferably BBA/MBA or any degree in HR
2. Hands on experience on Google sheets, Google doc
3. Good verbal & written communication skills
4. Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
