About the internship:
Internship details:
1. Job title: HR intern
2. Location: Pune (work from office)
3. Duration: 3 Months (Extension based on performance and business needs)
4. Stipend: 5,000 per month
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, especially in recruitment and employee coordination.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other relevant channels
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of telephonic interviews
3. Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interviewers
4. Handle basic HR documentation and maintain candidate records
5. Conduct cold calls to engage passive candidates
6. Support other HR activities as required
Who can apply:

• are available for duration of 3 months
