Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
Assist in organizing employee events and activities.
Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A keen interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn.
