Educational Qualifications :Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/MBA in HR or equivalent courses from a recognized University/Institution.

• Handle complete recruitment life-cycle
• Handling end to end recruitment
• Sourcing cvs from naukri portal, linkedin, social media, reference and database.
• Screening resumes received as per requirement.
• Conducting telephonic interview
• Scheduling & coordinating interviews
• Maintain employee records
• Other HR/Admin activities
