Job Description: -
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill our IT positions. Your expertise in IT recruitment and strong understanding of technology roles will be essential in identifying top talent to support our company's growth.
Responsibilities:-
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and requirements.
Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and employment verification for selected candidates.
Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in an IT/software development company.
Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and technical skills.
Excellent sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Experience in conducting effective phone screens and interviews.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
Proactive and result-oriented approach to meet recruitment targets.
Degree in Human resources or a related field.
