Managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable selection of quality talent for open positions Involved in end to end selection procedure.
Negotiation with the selected candidates on the Salary.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
