✔ Screen resumes & coordinate interviews
✔ Follow up with candidates till joining
✔ Maintain daily recruitment trackers
✔ Build long-term candidate relationships
🎯 Eligibility
✔ Graduate (Any Stream)
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Willingness to learn IT recruitment
✔ Target-driven mindset
✔ 1 year recruitment experience preferred (for experienced role)
