Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with IT department to identify staffing needs
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for IT positions
• Source, screen, and evaluate IT candidates
• Coordinate technical interviews and assessments
• Negotiate and finalize job offers
• Utilize HRIS to track and manage candidate information
• Participate in IT job fairs and industry events
• Provide regular updates and reports on IT recruitment activities
• Ensure compliance with IT industry regulations and standards
• Build and maintain a network of IT professionals
Required Qualifications
• MBA in Human Resources, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role
• Deep understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies
• Excellent knowledge of technical assessment tools and methods
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic IT environment
• Understanding of IT industry regulations and compliance
• Proven track record of meeting IT recruitment targets
• Certification in HR or IT recruitment is a plus
