This position is completely a remote job profile and available Pan India. Must have 3-6 years of rich experience into recruitment. Ability to meet daily target. Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques & X Ray searching capabilities. Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process Should be an excellent team player.
Salary- 15-20k (Depends on Experience and Interview)+Incentive+ Mobile Reimbursement. Must have Own laptop with good speed internet connection. Office Timings-+:30AM-6:30PM. And 2nd & 4th Saturday off. Candidate having gap also can apply .
