• • Timely updating and sharing of HR Policies/Handbook with employees.
• • Formulating of HR and Admin Processes
• • Maintaining Data for Success Parameter of various departments.
• • Managing Employee attendance.
• • Payroll Processing.
• • Handling of Statutory & Compliance requirements.
• • Conducting review meetings with Sr. Management.
• • Managing a Team of support staff & Admin Executive.
• • Preparing Management Reports.
• • Employee Retention.
• • Grievance Handling
• • Maintaining employee data on the various system (Greythr & SAP)
• • Timely Issuance of letters i.e. offers Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation
Letters, Appraisal Letters, Warning Letters, etc.
• • Looking after FNF Settlement of ex-employees as per policy and issuing them experience certificates within defined timelines.
• • Monthly updating of Org Chart and Allocation of Engineers to share with the Management.
• • Preparing and sharing HR presentations with highlights of monthly reports and cash flow details of current/expected.
• • Conducting various types of Training and making arrangements for the same
