Roles and Responsibilities
Identifying training needs for all employees and different business functions (both behavioral and functional)
Executing talent management and development programs that are aligned with the objectives of the organization
Setting up new processes as required, including preparing and tracking the annual L&D Budget; creating and updating the Training Calendar; tracking training attendance; capturing feedback on training programs.
Training logistics and vendor Coordination. End to end training record maintenance for all employees.
Onboarding support
Desired Candidate Profile
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices. Proficient in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
