Location- Bangalore
Qualification- MBA for Tier 1 institutes
Pre-requisite for the role :
- Experience in leading HR operations and Strategy role in a startup is a must have.
- Experience in stakeholder management to develop the workforce strategy and plans, to ensure its people policies, culture and practices enable high performance and organizational capability.
- Must have worked with the founders directly.
- Excellent communication skills
