Job Summary
The Manager – HR Advisory & Support plays a pivotal role in our RAA P&C Team. You'll lead a team that offers expert advice, manages HR & ER administration, oversees people data, handles knowledge management, and supports HRIS systems.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead a high-performing team providing top-notch HR advisory services and support.
Develop processes to ensure consistent, high-quality advice and case management.
Manage case and call volumes to meet key metrics and service level agreements.
Oversee documentation, record-keeping, and projects supporting efficient operations and organisational compliance.
Manage HR databases and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Address and escalate HR, IR & ER queries effectively.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to drive best practices and process improvements.
Support policy development, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Deliver exceptional customer service as a key contact for employee queries.
