Roles & Responsibilities
During the internship you will perform operations roles in HR areas of Talent Acquisition / RMG / HRBP. Below are indicative areas of responsibilities.
• Updating various databases including the grievance log, applicant flow, HRIS, etc.
• Researching and collecting data for various HR initiatives
• Networking with external resources.
• Performing reference and background checks
• Preparing materials for employee orientation & communication
• Preparing all new hire paperwork & logistics
• Recruitment Coordination
• Employee Coordination
• Employee / Candidate Engagement
Requirements
Work Experience – 0 – 6 months
Education Background – MBA Graduate ( Mandatory ) – Preferably MBA in HR
Internship Period – 06 Months
Benefits
Stipend – 15K Per Month during Internship
Post internship period based on performance, conversion to full time employment will be undertaken at organizations discretion
