Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate located in Thane. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for handling HR operations, managing HR processes, supporting training and development initiatives, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The role involves collaborating closely with other team members and assisting in various HR activities to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Training & Development
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Relevant experience and/or certification in HR is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
