Full job description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive HR experience and a proven track record of successfully managing all facets of HR operations. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Assume leadership of the HR department, providing guidance, direction, and support to staff members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall objectives. Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Implement fair and consistent HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements. Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
HR Administration: Oversee all HR administrative functions, including payroll, benefits administration, employee records management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support professional growth and development.
Ability to understand individuals weakness and strength and continuously provide a positive working environment .
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
