Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the human resources functions at our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR policy implementation, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
Handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and maintain a positive work environment.
Manage performance management processes, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Plan and implement employee engagement and retention strategies.
Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and staffing needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR policies, and labor law compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple HR functions and confidential information.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
