Responsibilities
Responsible to conduct the recruitment process for staff Selection and Placement - to be responsible for first interview and initial screening of suitable candidates for further interview with concerned department.
Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Responsible to ensure staff discipline and to take necessary action against misbehaving staff, supervision of staff attitude and attire, etc.
Responsible to follow up on probation, training, confirmation, etc., and complete the documentation for the same, to be handed over to employees on the due date, and not later.
Responsible for timely completion of joining formalities and the induction process for all new joinees in the system.
Responsible to conduct exit interview for staff, and to coordinate for other exit interviews with the Unit Manager.
Organizing staff training sessions and activities
Monitoring staff performance and attendance
advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation.
negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
Maintain a database of all the employees information and ensure they are up to date and secure.
Prepare monthly payroll and maintain attendance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Experience in bulk hiring
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Salary:- Rs. 40,000/month
