Job Role: We are looking for a HR manager to maintain and develop effective internal procedures, handle employee-related issues, support recruiting, payroll processings and retention efforts, and keep performance at peak levels.
Requirements:
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Must have Master's in Business Administration.
• Should have 4+ years of experience in HR.
• Experience required in Hospitality Industry.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is compliant with relevant employment law
• Exposure to payroll practices
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
• Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Conducting performance and wage reviews.
• Handling of payrolls
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
• Creating clear and concise reports.
• Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
