Job Description
The HR Business Partner Lead is responsible for partnering with business. He/She would be responsible for building a strong HR relationship with stakeholders, building mechanisms to drive performance management, Associate engagement and development, Career counseling/coaching, compliance of HR practices and guidelines. The HRBP will understand requirements of business and will work closely with customer leadership in forecasting supply and demand, and offering tailor made solutions.
Qualifications
10+ years experience in a HR related field, HR senior management or as an HR expert required. Experience in a multinational / international environment. Demonstrated experience in diagnosing & delivering POD interventions, generalist HR or business partnering. Experience in instructional design, facilitation, program management, organisational diagnosis & intervention.
