A well known Manufacturing company located in Mumbai is looking for HR Manager in senior position on permanent basis .
Desired Candidate
Graduate /PG with around 10 year experience in the role of HR for any Manufacturing or Engineering company
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process sourcing and screening, interviews etc
Manage maintain the HR automation HRMS system.
Study Compensation And Benchmarking As Per Industry Requirements
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Salary : As per the industry standards
Holiday : Sunday
