In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Periodic visits to PF,Labor Law, related offices .Candidate is required to do periodic visits to our sites situated in and around PuneFlexible to travel for work on sites.Ensures compliance of company labour as per Govt.policies and proceduresConduct relevant training across the multiple departmentsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementResult oriented in operation functionsSolving Site Labour grievancesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of HR systems and databasesQualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR. Related experience of 8-10 years specifically in Construction Industry is highly preferred .Preferably Male candidate.Candidates From Pune Region Will Be Preferred
