Ø Manpower Planning and Mapping.
Ø Draft HR Policies and Procedures.
Ø Coordination with every individual employee for their work status.
Ø Draft different office forms ( Performance appraisal form, Interview Assessment Form, Dues Clearance form, Leave Application form, Self Declaration form, etc)
Ø Working on compliance and grievance.
Ø Coordination with local consultancy for recruitment
Ø Proper filing of every individual employee according to checklist.
Ø Proper implementation of JD, KRA and timesheet of employees.
Ø Employee Retention and engagement Activity.
Ø Performing entry and exit interview and keep record.
Ø On boarding Formalities and induction of new joining.
Ø Exit formalities.
Ø Proper and smooth running of organization.
Ø Making Monthly Employee Salary.
Ø Work on weekly review meeting which is to be held on every Wed.
Ø Monthly Review Meeting.
