JOB RESPONSIBILITES: Rcruitment & Selection, Tranning & Devlopmant, Payroll Management System, Performanmce Apprisal, Statuatory Complaince, Leasioning with Govt. Offices, Industrial Disputes, Labour Law & Complaince, Attendance System, Leave Management System, Manpower Planning, Employee Welfare, Renewing all related licence, Co-ordinating with all Unions, Adminstrative work, Compensation & Benifits, Other HR Activities & Requirement of Organization/Management.
SALARY: 20,000/- to 25,000/- per month.
